Luck is a reward for preparedness\n\nI worked as a leader for decades. I have built good teams, listened to their ideas and tried to incorporate those into my decision making \u2013 the responsibility always being mine, by natural. As a coach, however, my role has changed. In a living environment, in a given company culture it is the manager who has to find correct answers as it is their world. My role is merely to help to find the optimal solution by showing a mirror or by bringing in examples how others handled similar situations. The decision and the responsibility related is always that of the manager. \nAbout myself as a coach I use to speak as a route planner since my partners are prepared and they know their destination. My role is to support them to choose the most efficient route to achieve their goals. Recently I concentrated on utilizing the skills I gathered, working decades for non-profit and multinational companies, at a new level by delivering all that to my partners.<\/p>

T\u00f6bb \u00e9vtizeden kereszt\u00fcl vezet\u0151k\u00e9nt dolgoztam. J\u00f3 csapatokat \u00e9p\u00edtettem, tagjaik javaslatait mindenkor igyekeztem be\u00e9p\u00edteni d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatalomba \u2013 a megold\u00e1s felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge term\u00e9szetesen az eny\u00e9m volt. Coach-k\u00e9nt azonban m\u00e1s a szerepem. Egy m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 szervezetben, megl\u00e9v\u0151 v\u00e1llalati kult\u00far\u00e1ban a vezet\u0151nek kell megtal\u00e1lnia a helyes v\u00e1laszt, hiszen ez az \u0151 vil\u00e1ga. \u00a0A d\u00f6nt\u00e9s, annak felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge mindig a vezet\u0151\u00e9. Magamr\u00f3l \u2013 mint coach-r\u00f3l \u2013 legink\u00e1bb, mint \u00fatvonal tervez\u0151r\u0151l besz\u00e9lek, hiszen \u00fcgyfeleim felk\u00e9sz\u00fcltek, ismerik a c\u00e9lt. Az \u00e9n feladatom, hogy hozz\u00e1seg\u00edtsem \u0151ket az oda vezet\u0151 utak k\u00f6z\u00fcl a leghat\u00e9konyabb kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. Az elm\u00falt id\u0151szakban folyamatosan arra koncentr\u00e1ltam, hogy t\u00f6bb \u00e9vtizedes, non-profit, illetve multinacion\u00e1lis k\u00f6rnyezetben szerzett vezet\u0151i tapasztalatomat imm\u00e1r \u00faj szinten \u00e1ll\u00edtsam szolg\u00e1latba. Ehhez k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen megfelel\u0151 seg\u00edts\u00e9g az els\u0151 magyar coaching modell, a DIADAL (Diagn\u00f3zis \u2013 Ir\u00e1nykijel\u00f6l\u00e9s \u2013 Alternat\u00edv\u00e1k \u2013 D\u00f6nt\u00e9s \u2013 Alkalmaz\u00e1s \u2013 Lez\u00e1r\u00e1s), illetve annak orosz megfele-l\u0151je, az OSNOVA alkalmaz\u00e1sa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
